Getting your download
Your files are ready as soon as your payment is accepted. You get them three ways, so you can always find them again:
- On the order confirmation page that appears right after you pay.
- In your order email. It has one link for each pack or font you bought. If it is not in your inbox after a few minutes, look in your spam or promotions folder.
- In My downloads, if you created an account or signed in when you ordered.
Each link downloads a zip file with your files and a licence certificate for your order. The links keep working for as long as your order is paid; you can download again on a new computer at any time.
If something is not right
- I did not get an email. Check spam, then use Order status with your order number and the email you used, or contact us.
- The zip will not open. Download it again, and open it with your computer's built-in zip tool. If it still fails, tell us your order number.
- The designs do not appear in The Print Shop 9. See Install a pack, and check that you have The Print Shop 9.
