Ordering and downloads
How do I get my software after I pay?
Your download link and activation key arrive by email as soon as payment clears. The links are also on the order confirmation page and under My downloads in your account. Content packs and fonts download from the same places.
How long does my download link last?
Download links stay active for 90 days. The optional Extended Download Service keeps them active for 1 year.
Can I order it on a USB drive?
Yes. Add the Backup USB flash drive to your cart before you check out. It holds your installer and is posted within 7 business days. Your activation key is in your order email.
I lost my download link.
Sign in and open My downloads, or use the link in your order email. If you cannot find either, email [email protected] with your order number.
What is your refund policy?

Which one should I buy?
Which edition is right for me?
Our chooser asks three quick questions. In short: Deluxe is for home, family and community projects. Professional adds press-ready PDF, master pages and tables, Photoshop import, more photo tools and a business use licence.
Who can buy an upgrade?
The Print Shop 9 upgrades are for owners of The Print Shop Deluxe or Professional 4.0 to 8. PrintMaster 2027 upgrades are for owners of PrintMaster 2022, 10, 9 or 8 Platinum. Owners of The Print Shop 23 or 24 can keep using The Print Shop 24, or buy The Print Shop 9 at the full price.
Do the programs run on a Mac?
The Windows editions do not run on a Mac. The Print Shop for Mac is a separate program for macOS Catalina through Tahoe.
What is the difference between the licence for personal and business use?
Professional editions include business use: your own flyers, signs, labels and cards. Other editions are for personal use. Each licence is for one PC. The licence terms have the full wording.
Using the programs
What do I need to run them?
The Print Shop 9 and PrintMaster 2027: Windows 11 or 10, 64-bit, and an internet connection to activate. The Print Shop 24: Windows 11 or 10, a 2 GHz processor, 4 GB RAM, 2 GB free disk space, a 1024 by 768 display, an internet connection to download templates and images, and administrator rights to install.
Will my old projects open?
The Print Shop 9 opens Print Shop 23, 23.1, 24 and 8 projects. PrintMaster 2027 opens PrintMaster v8 Platinum projects. The Print Shop 24 opens projects from version 10 through 24.
How do I install a content pack or a font?
See Install a pack. Packs open inside the program they were made for, and fonts install once for use in any program.
Do the content packs work in my version?
Packs are made for The Print Shop 9 and PrintMaster 2027 and do not open in earlier versions. Check the product page for the program a pack is made for.
