What happens after I order?
You receive a confirmation e-mail with a download link and your licence key. Download the installer, run it, then activate with the key.
How do I download my purchase?
Click the Download link in the e-mail, or paste the link into your browser's address bar, and choose to save the file. In Chrome or Edge use Save link as; in Firefox right-click and choose Save Link As; in Safari hold Control while clicking and choose Download Linked File As. Do not rename the file.
Where should I save it?
Anywhere you will find it again, such as the Desktop or Downloads folder.
What if the download stops?
Click the link again, it will often resume. You can also sign in to your account and find the order under Order History.
I cannot find my e-mail.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us with your order number.
What do I need to run The Print Shop 9 or PrintMaster 2027?
Windows 11 or Windows 10, 64-bit, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.1, and an internet connection to activate and for the online library.
How many computers can I use it on?
Each licence is for 1 PC.
Is it a subscription?
The Print Shop 9 and PrintMaster 2027 are one-time purchases. The Print Shop 24 also offers a one-year licence.
Can I get the download again later?

Why was my card rejected?
Common reasons: the card has expired, a credit or daily limit was reached, the billing address does not match your card statement, or your bank blocked the purchase. Try again or use PayPal.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax may apply depending on where you live. It is calculated at checkout after you enter your address.
